Description
Yellow dock, also known as Rumex crispus, is native to Europe but is currently grown throughout much of the United States. With its long, curling leaves and strictly standing large stalks, yellow dock is further distinguished by its ruddy-colored seeds that arrive in the fall. The root of the plant is used to produce yellow dock tea, which is used to treat skin problems, anemia and constipation.
